Meeting Minutes are taken at each monthly board meeting. After the board reviews and approves them, Meeting Minutes can be made available to homeowners per request.

Village Oaks Association Board meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm, at the Association’s chosen place of business.
