The Village Oaks Board is elected by members of the community at each annual meeting, at which time eligible directors are elected for a term of three years.

The board is responsible for all operations of the association and upholds the Village Oaks Association’s covenants, determines policy, and advocates for members of the community.

Important responsibilities also include hiring a property manager, approving the budget, and acting as a liaison to the County and other civic organizations.

The board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm, at the Association’s chosen place of business.
