About

History of Village Oaks

The Village Oaks townhome community was built in 1979, and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions was signed into law on January 18, 1979.

With a beautiful treelined entrance that welcomes newcomers to the neighborhood, Village Oaks serves as a safe haven for 108 townhomes among 5 neighborhood streets.

Within the neighborhood, five streets marry together the Village Oaks community. Two of the five streets, Alexander Avenue and Turk Garth, are owned and managed by Baltimore County, the remaining three are managed by Village Oaks Association.
